Curriculum

The Funeral Services associate degree is a 2-year collaborative program between Milwaukee Area Technical College and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Upon graduation, a student will have completed 64 credits.

Total Credits 25
  • Curriculum Note: Students will complete the first part of the program at NWTC and complete the program through MATC.
  • Specific course and/or admissions requirements do apply. Please contact your academic advisor to learn more!
  • Create a schedule to meet your needs. Some classes can be taken online or in a flexible format to fit your lifestyle.
  • Many courses require a final grade "C" or better to transfer credit to 4-year institutions. For transfer purposes, students must also meet the accepting 4-year institution requirements to earn the bachelor's degree with the accepting institution’s major(s).
  • Prior to program entry, the completion of General Chemistry (Catalog number 10-806-134) and/or two semesters of a high school, lab-based Chemistry with a grade of C or better AND completion of Algebra II is highly recommended.
