    Bid soon on cabin built by De Pere students with NWTC
    Get your bid ready! Seven students built a 480 sq. ft. modular cabin with NWTC instructor Warren McKenney. The cabin will be sold to the highest qualifying bidder, with proceeds being directed back into the program.

    Public invited to comment on NWTC's reaccreditation
    NWTC is seeking comments from the public about the College in preparation for a visit by our regional accrediting agency. The College will undergo a comprehensive evaluation visit October 4-6, 2010, and your input can be part of the process.

    NWTC student 'comes back to carving'
    For stroke survivor Glenn Charlson of Mountain, an NWTC class has been playing an unexpected yet significant role in his recovery. Despite the speech and mobility challenges that are the result of his stroke, Charlson has been participating fully in Betsy Popp’s woodcarving class at Townsend Town Hall– with a little help from his friends.

    Green Bay resident named NWTC District Ambassador
    Rosemarie Lane of Green Bay was recently named the NWTC 2010 District Ambassador. Lane is a May graduate of the Financial Institutions Management associate degree program. She will attend UW-Madison in fall.

    NWTC graduates 1,500 students on May 19
    Over 1,500 students will receive degrees and diplomas and hundreds more will receive certificates from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College tonight, making this one of the College’s largest May graduating classes ever.
