NWTC serves nine Wisconsin counties with three campuses. The Green Bay campus is the largest of these and includes:
- District offices.
- Police and fire-fighter training center.
- Specialized education buildings for hands-on education in business and information technology, health occupations, construction trades, manufacturing technology, and protective services

Student Center
Cafeteria: Full-service cafeteria offers a variety of hot and cold selections. Monday thru Thursday: 7 a.m.- 6 p.m. Fridays: 7 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Career Center: The main Career Center is on the Green Bay campus, with satellite Centers on the Marinette and Sturgeon Bay campuses. The Center offers a variety of services, including information on careers, job seeking skills and assessments. Individuals can explore details of specific occupations, career paths, and education and training needs.
Digital Lounge/Cyber Cafe: Offers PC equipment for recreational use and a casual atmosphere where students can relax or meet friends.
Bookstore: Offers a large inventory of new and used books available at the campus bookstore—or buy online.
Library: Features more than 47,000 books, videos, and magazines, provides access to over 36,000 more online, and borrows additional materials from libraries throughout the world. More than 125 computers and ten study rooms are also available for student use in the Library.
Multicultural Center: Offers study and gathering space for students from diverse backgrounds. Information about various cultures and news from other countries is available to help both minority and majority culture students enrich their education. The Center also offers information about NWTC in the Hmong and Spanish languages.
Wellness Center: Gym, walking track and lockers are available to students.
Center for Business and Industry (CB): Serves as the headquarters for Regional Learning Services and for the contracted Corporate Training and Economic Development.
- Upper level: Offers classrooms for business-related instruction, and flexible meeting space with multi-media capabilities. It is the center for many nontraditional delivery systems.
- Lower level: Health center, facilities for police training, and science labs.
Business Assistance Center: Offers resources and programs to help strengthen new and expanding businesses, fostering economic growth in Northeast Wisconsin. It houses the Advance Business Incubator, business and entrepreneurship services through NWTC, and other public and private partners.
Dental Clinic: Provides a real-world, hands-on learning lab for dental assistant and dental hygiene students. The Clinic creates access to quality oral healthcare for underserved populations of Northeast Wisconsin.
N.E.W. Clinic: Provides a teaching clinic that enhances the education of tomorrow's healthcare providers. Care is provided to patients by licensed healthcare professionals who may be assisted by NWTC Health Sciences students.
