All NWTC locations are equipped to help meet your technology needs, including:
- Computer Use and Laptop Checkout: Computers are available for student use at each location when buildings are open, or students may also check out laptops. See how to apply for laptop checkout.
- Extended Access: Students may get after-hours access to internet, computers for use, and printers. Contact your location for details.
- Printing: Students can submit print jobs from home or their mobile device. Print jobs are saved for 72 hours after submission and can be released at any student printer.

NWTC Libraries
Need a spot on campus to study? Go to your NWTC Library for help, computers/printers, reservable study rooms, quiet study space, and more!
Library technicians provide assistance on NWTC computers for all students, employees, and community residents. They also check out In-Library laptops and Session laptops, plus audio/visual equipment to current students and employees. Find out how to apply to borrow a college laptop for a session.
The NWTC Green Bay Library has the most computers at the College with 4 high-speed printers/scanners/copiers and over 700 PCs, MACs, iPads, and student laptops for use in the Library or checkout. The Library's QuietZone also has computers with dual monitors to make it easy to see your research on one screen and your paper on the other screen.
Lab Technicians are happy to assist during Library hours. Students can also access library computers and printers in the following locations during listed hours.
- NWTC Green Bay Library's CyberZone (SC215) - Open whenever campus buildings are accessible: Monday-Friday from 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. (some doors start locking at 9:00 p.m.) and on weekends from 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- NWTC Marinette's Library - In Fall/Spring Monday-Thursday 6:00 a.m. - 9:45 p.m. and Friday 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. In Summer, Monday-Thursday 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Friday 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- NWTC Sturgeon Bay's Library - In Fall/Spring, Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. In Summer, Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Extended Access is potentially available to credit level students 6:15 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. daily including weekends; please contact the Sturgeon Bay Welcome Center for details.)
- Regional Centers- Use these links to learn more about the learning center in your area. Computers and printers are available when the buildings are open. For extended access to a Regional Learning Center, contact the location for a badge to use between 6:15 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. each day.

College of Business
The College of Business collaboration space is located on the Green Bay campus at BT233. Additionally, an Information Technology atrium and Digital Arts atrium are available with all the computers and software needed for program students. Coaches provide help on general and business software for students.
Student Help Desk
NWTC Bits & Bytes Club Student Help Desk
Located on the Green Bay campus in BT339, the Bits & Bytes Club Student Help Desk is the place to get help with your own personal computer, laptop, printer, and select mobile devices.
Student Technicians will service NWTC students' personal equipment free of charge. If parts are required for the repair, the student will be responsible for purchasing the equipment and bringing it to the technicians so they can continue the repair. Monetary donations are accepted, but not required.

IIT Student Help Desk
The IIT Help Desk for Students is available virtually 24/7 to assist with technical issues and/or answer questions about NWTC devices, software, and learning materials.
Teaching and Learning Center
Faculty can visit the Teaching and Learning Center at SC215U on the Green Bay campus to schedule learning sessions and technology training.
