Dining on Campus

The Green Bay campus cafe – The Landing – offers breakfast, lunch and snacks daily with a variety of culinary options.

In addition, vending machines are located throughout the Green Bay, Marinette, and Sturgeon Bay campuses; North Coast Marine Manufacturing Center; NWTC Shawano; and the Artisan and Business Center.

The Landing Cafe Menu

The Green Bay campus cafeteria offers breakfast, lunch, and snack options:

  • Daily entree specials
  • The Grill: ready-made takeaway favorites 
    • Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, or black bean burgers
    • Chicken sandwiches (grilled, breaded, or spicy) or tenders
    • Side items: cheese curds, French fries, tots, onion rings, etc.
  • Italian Station: rotating Italian fare
  • Market Street Deli: grab-and-go or made-to-order sandwiches and wraps
  • Tossed salad bar with rotating proteins
  • Soup and chili options
  • Make-your-own waffle station
  • Grab-and-go cooler: microwave meals, yogurt parfaits, fruit and vegetable cups, cheeses
  • Jumbo homemade cookies, house-made chips, and pre-packaged snacks

Regular Cafe Hours

 
Mondays - Thursdays: 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Salad bar closes at 3:00 p.m.

Fridays: 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Salad bar closes at 2 p.m.

Summer and Break Hours

 
Mondays - Thursdays: 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Fridays: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

About the Cafe

Payment Information

The cafeteria offers self-checkout stations with payments accepted by credit or debit card as well as Canteen's Connect & Pay card or app.

Self-Checkout Process

The Landing operates with self-checkout registers. To check out:

  1. Scan items using the barcode scanner OR add items from the on-screen menu.
  2. Select the Finish & Pay button on the bottom of the screen.
  3. To complete order, swipe a credit/debit card OR scan your account card.

Connect and Pay App

Canteen's Connect & Pay is the premier online pay-as-you-go option. Stop by the cafe to get a Connect & Pay card, or find out more about the app and download.


To download the app:

  1. Go to your phone’s app store.
  2. Search Connect & Pay.
  3. Click download.

Ozzi Reusable Containers

  • Offers reusable O2GO containers to keep disposable packaging out of landfills and oceans.
  • Provides easy participation process:
    • Use or purchase a token to obtain an O2GO container for your next meal at The Landing.
    • Return your container to the collection box, located at The Landing, and receive a new token to use again
  • Visit the Student Involvement Office (Room SC118) to learn more.

More Waste Reduction Efforts

  • Offers packaging made from renewable resources. 
  • Composts scrap food items on-site. 
  • Reduces food waste with Waste Not™ 2.0Compass Group’s proprietary, tablet-based, waste-tracking program designed to change behavior with real-time tracking and dashboard reporting. 

Sustainable Sources

  • Sources fresh yogurt and milk that is free of artificial growth hormones.

  • Features social and ecological certified coffee. 
  • Serves seafood that comes from sustainable sources.
