Through the Dream... Learn it. Live it. culture, NWTC faculty and staff provide each and every one of our students the skills and support needed to build the future they desire.
How do faculty and staff participate in Dream... Learn it. Live it?
NWTC faculty and staff members work together to help eliminate common barriers to student success:
- To combat the steadily increasing costs of college, NWTC provides many ways to make education affordable – scholarships, payment plans, book buy back, financial aid, the student emergency fund, and the Shared Harvest Food Cupboard.
- Time management can be one of the most challenging aspects of being in college. NWTC offers online, accelerated, self-paced, blended, and other flexible ways of learning that enable students to fit college into busy work and family schedules.
- Providing licensed mental health counselors is another way we equip students – regardless of their academic, physical, emotional, mental or socio-economic status – with services that assist them in attaining their educational goals.
