76-890-814 COLLEGE & CAREER READINESS 3B ...this course is designed for students who enter at NRS level 5 or 6 to prepare to take the five GED® tests by applying college-ready Math, English Language Arts, Social Studies, and Science skills.

What will I learn?

  1. Assess current reading, language/writing, and arithmetic skills to establish a baseline for each.
  2. Develop a plan for improving reading/language/writing skills in preparation for advancement to GED Testing in Reasoning Through Language Arts.
  3. Develop a plan for improving Science skills in preparation for advancement to GED Testing in Science.
  4. Develop a plan for improving Social Studies skills in preparation for advancement to GED Testing in Social Studies.
  5. Develop a plan for improving Mathematics skills in preparation for advancement to GED Testing in Mathematical Reasoning.
  6. Develop a plan for taking the State of Wisconsin Civics Exam.
  7. Enhance computer skills required by the GED 2014 computer-based testing.
