75-861-977 ELL LEVEL 4 SPEAKING/LISTENING - LOW INTERMEDIATE ELL 2020... The English Language Learner will speak and listen to develop low-intermediate English skills. Instruction will incorporate numeracy, civics, technology, workplace skills, and academic language to prepare students for the next ELL level.

  6. Use a process-oriented approach in speaking and writing.
