10-863-306 IEP ADVANCED READING & WRITING 1 ...students will read articles and academic essays, identifying main ideas and details, increasing reading fluency, developing inferencing skills, and discussing readings in groups. Students will also critically examine articles to produce academic essays, utilizing the writing process to refine their writing.
