10-863-402 IEP COLLEGE READING/WRITING 1 ...students develop reading and writing strategies in academic and informal genres through a critical examination of readings, utilizing the writing process to refine their writing at the paragraph and essay level. (Prerequisite: TOEFL (pbt) = 498-519 or TOEFL (ibt) = 61-67 or IELTS 6.0 or DUOL = 90-94 or MEPT = 63-70 or CEFR = 61-70, or grade of "B" or better in 10-863-307, IEP Adv Reading/Writing 2 or "C" GPA and DUOL = 90-94 or MEPT = 63-70 or CEFR = 61-70, OR instructor approval)
