- Install and configure PC operating systems
- Utilize Internet I.T. resources
- Create bootable media for I.T. solutions (malware checking, alternative OS's)
- Create unattended operating system install media
- Create data backups and drive images to support disaster recovery plans
- Diagnose and troubleshoot computer problems/issues
- Build a Server/Rack system to create a complete network environment for the classroom
