10-154-199 IT:SUPPORT: CAREER EXPERIENCE...Students can select any hands on experience related to: Internship, Field Research, Service Learning, Simulations, Capstone, Industry Related, or International. Instructor approval required. (Prerequisite:10-105-103, Career Fundamentals)

What will I learn?

  1. Obtain a professional position in the IT career field.
  2. Demonstrate effectiveness in work performance, attitudes, and ethics required to be successful in a business setting.
  3. Participate in the execution of work processes to improve the basic skills required of an IT Professional.
  4. Plan and execute a process by which a defined project is completed at the workplace
  5. Recommend improvements in IT systems, policies and procedures.
  6. Assess the effectiveness of IT departmental operations.
