47-413-535 MOTOR CONTROL THEORY, DESIGN, AND TROUBLE SHOOTING ...To teach students the purpose and versatility of the Motor Controllers using a combination of relay logic and PLC control. Understanding why we have three types of motor control diagrams. Learning how to match the drawing symbol to physical device. When this is known, students will learn how to read a sematic and understand how motor controller functions direct them to locate and isolate possible areas using test equipment, seeing wiring errors, or device malfunctions or settings. Understand how I/O blocks [PLC] and network configuration are used in a remote-control state. Students will use Constructor software to prove their design architecture.
