Learn, assess, and apply stress management techniques (relaxation, guided imagery, deep breathing techniques, and other holistic methods) for personal and client utilization. (Prerequisite: Accepted in the Wellness & Health Promotion program OR accepted into the Associate of Arts (A.A.) OR Associate of Science (A.S.) degree.
