VIN251-GRAPES TO MARKET AND GROWER RELATIONS ...this course explores how to market wine grapes. The students will learn how to identify markets for their grapes, how to develop and nurture relationships with wineries and other buyers, how to develop grower and winery marketing opportunities, how to write contracts, how to negotiate contracts and how to set prices. How to forecast grape demand by watching market trends in a constantly changing environment. (Prerequisites: VIN 130, VIN 132 AND VIN 134 or VIN 111 or VIN 146)
