Course Typically Offered: Fall SpringThe Supervisory Personal Skills course is designed to equip participants with essential skills required to manage change, handle stress, communicate assertively, and develop emotional intelligence in their role as supervisors. The course focuses on developing skills critical to personal leadership success and improving the overall performance of the organizations.
Course Typically Offered: Summer Fall SpringLearn organizational standards, principles, moral and ethical behaviors and challenges, leading to the creation of values and norms that govern the actions and behavior of individuals within business organizations.
