On December 20, NWTC will host its mid-year graduation ceremony, celebrating 1,828 students who have successfully completed their programs during the fall semester. The event will take place at the Resch Center on Friday, December 20, at 6:00 p.m. and will also be live-streamed for those unable to attend in person.
The ceremony honors students from NWTC’s three campuses and regional learning centers who completed their studies between June and December 2024. Some key highlights about this year’s graduating class include:
- 1,828 candidates for graduation.
- 488 graduates earning degrees with honors or high honors.
- 103 graduates who are members of Phi Theta Kappa, the National Honor Society for two-year colleges.
- 15 graduates who are veterans of the United States armed forces.
- Students from five countries, represented by the College’s international graduates.
The ceremony will feature distinguished speakers: Iana Tikhoniuk, NWTC’s 2024 District Ambassador and Jason Borley, NWTC Associate Degree Nursing Instructor.
NWTC congratulates all graduating students for their hard work, perseverance, and accomplishments, and wishes them continued success in their future endeavors.
