Allyson works with both NWTC students in the Trades & Engineering programs as well as high school students taking advanced manufacturing, dual-credit courses. Allyson works with area employers to best align student career options to employer needs. In some cases, the employer helps provide a portion of tuition assistance and/or employ the student while attaining a degree. "Earn & Learn" simply means the student attends classes (perhaps tuition or books paid for) and is employed with a company who supports their school schedule.

Amy has a strong passion for higher education, as she has worked at NWTC in two different capacities throughout her career: GED/Career Pathways instructor and now a Career Advisor.  Her whole philosophy in life is to help others help themselves, whether it’s to teach students to become problem solvers, critical thinkers, and lifelong learners, or assist students and community members to find their true passion and purpose to reach their professional goals.  Amy thrives on helping others and giving them the tools that they need to be successful, and every day she is grateful that she gets to touch the lives of so many for the better.  Amy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Northern Michigan University.

Christine is certified and trained to facilitate career development with individuals by helping them learn about themselves, learn about jobs, make career choices and plans, and then carry out those plans. She helps enhance the employability skills of individuals through resume creation, interviewing skill development, and by creating a personal brand. Christine also has experience working with Nonprofit Organizations, Event Planning, Coaching, Organizational Development, and Volunteer Management. A strong community and social services professional, Christine holds a Bachelors’ Degree focused in Management/Communication from Concordia University-Wisconsin.

Cliff has a background in education having taught middle school and high school mathematics for 15 years. His passion lies in serving others and enjoys assisting students, alumni, and community members on their journey of life. Cliff strives to serve the staff of Career Services and NWTC through creativity, innovation, passion, and of course, fun!

Emilee is a current Master of Social Work student at the University of Green Bay and is completing her first-year practicum with the department. Emilee enjoys building relationships with others to help them achieve their goals. Emilee has previous work experience as a 4K teacher which has inspired her aspirations to obtain a future career working with kids in a school setting.

Erin is a proud graduate of NWTC, possesses an Associate Degree in Human Services and a Technical Diploma in Substance Abuse Counseling. Through her work with the community, Erin has found her passion in providing valuable support to individuals. Erin's compassionate and inclusive approach underscores her commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she works with. Motivated by a thirst for knowledge and an unwavering interest in mental wellness, she is wholeheartedly dedicated to supporting students on their educational journeys.

Genna has a strong desire to help others. She has found her passion working for NWTC, helping current students, alumni and community members navigate their professional and educational goals. Genna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Conflict Resolution from University of Wisconsin Green-Bay and recently obtained a certificate in Human Resource Compliance from NWTC.

Grace is a current student in the Data Analytics Associate degree program.  She has a strong passion for computer technology as well as interpreting and storytelling with data.  Previously, she obtained an Associate’s degree in completing the Computer Support Specialist program at NWTC.  After graduation, she strives to become a full-time Data Analyst.

Jennifer has years of experience providing coaching and career-related services to a wide array of individuals—from those who were laid off, to the underemployed, to those with varying abilities/backgrounds, and beyond. Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and has worked with many social programs helping families and individuals work towards self-sufficiency and achieve their educational and career goals. She finds leading the Career, Counseling, and Disability Services teams at the college fun and inspiring. Serving students, alumni, and community partners in an equitable and caring manner is her passion and she can’t wait to meet you.

Michelle comes to Career Services with a passion to help others achieve their goals and guiding them to overcome any barriers that may hinder their success. Michelle has a lengthy background in event management where she works as the conference coordinator for a National Tribal Association as well as an extensive background working for the Oneida Nation. She is in her final year of the Event Management Program at NWTC with a goal of pursuing her “encore career” in event management after graduation.

As a current Master of Arts in Counseling student, Kelsey’s passion is encouraging and helping others discover their potential. She has spent her previous years interning in CPS and youth justice, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in social work, working as an employment consultant, and working with middle school students. After graduation, Kelsey hopes to become a counselor in education, either K-12 or higher education.

Lauren holds a Masters’ Degree in Counseling, with an emphasis in Higher Education from Lakeland University. She credits her own success and career direction directly to those advisors and mentors that helped her throughout her higher education journey. In becoming a Career Advisor at NWTC, it is her hope to give back to those who are looking to identify their NWTC education program or seek out a new and exciting career path. Her personal motto is, “Whatever you need, know that you do not have to begin it alone!”

Saul is a very passionate person, dedicated and committed to his dreams and education; he is currently enrolled in the Design & Graphic Technologies associate degree program. He is looking to graduate and become a professional Graphic Designer in addition to studying and pursuing careers as a sports and language teacher. He sees himself working in his second home (Green Bay), returning to his hometown (Aguascalientes City, Mexico), and founding a school/academy of Graphic Design, sports, and English.
