Amy has been a part of the college community since 2022. She brings a passion for working with students to remove barriers to make education more accessible. Prior to joining NWTC, Amy served as a live-in hall professional in college housing across various institutions, where she actively fostered community, resolved conflicts, managed emergencies, and provided invaluable support to students. Amy is committed to fostering a campus environment where every individual feels welcomed, supported, and included, finding their place within the NWTC community. Amy holds a master’s degree in higher education and student affairs. Amy is assisted by her service dog. Although adorable, please avoid distracting her companion as it's focused on its important tasks.

VaMeng has been with the College and served as the Support Specialist for over 15 years. He assists students with technology such as screen readers, audio books, digital recorder and some technical issues, schedule tests/quizzes, notify instructors of student’s accommodations, provide tutorial on digital recorder and screen readers to students, and some issues related to their classes.

Jennifer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and career-related services, catering to diverse populations including those who have been laid off, those who are underemployed, and people from various backgrounds and abilities. She holds a master’s degree in social work and has a robust history of working with social programs aimed at helping families and individuals achieve self-sufficiency and reach their educational and career aspirations. Since 2012, Jennifer has been certified as a Global Career Development Facilitator and as a Facilitating Career Development Instructor by the National Career Development Association (NCDA) since 2020. In her current role at the college, Jennifer leads the Career, Counseling, and Disability Services teams where she finds great inspiration and fulfillment. She is dedicated to serving students, alumni, as well as employer and community partners with equity and compassion. She is deeply committed to the growth and development of those she leads and meets with, fostering an environment where individuals are supported and inspired to reach their full potential.

Sue has been working at NWTC since 2003 and, throughout her varied roles, has consistently focused on supporting students with disabilities.
Sue works with students across all campuses and regional centers, primarily assisting those in the trades, engineering, and health sciences programs. Additionally, she collaborates with many local high schools to help students transition from high school to college, fostering their confidence and independence as they prepare for successful careers.

Programs of service: Early Childhood Education, Associate of Arts Transfer & Associate of Science Transfer, and Culinary
Aubree has a background in High School Special Education where she taught for nine years. She has experience with students of all abilities. Her favorite part of the job is building relationships and guiding students to make the best decisions for their future. As a Case Manager in Disability Services, Aubree puts the students first. She works to provide the necessary support and motivation for this exciting stage of their lives. Aubree holds a Bachelor of Science in Special Education Degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
