Green Bay Metro Bus Transportation

The Green Bay Metro # 6 Red Line stops at NWTC Green Bay on East Campus Drive, across from the Transportation Center, between Parking Lot A and Parking Lot AA. This bus stops every hour at :16 and :46.

Bus Passes

Green Bay Metro Bus Passes are available for purchase in the Student Involvement Office (SC118).

Prices are as follows:
Adult 30-day Pass: $39.00
Reduced 30-day Pass: $29.00 (Those who are eligible for this rate will have a special ID. This ID needs to be shown to the metro bus drivers when boarding.)

GB Micro Transit On-Demand

Another option is the newly implemented GB Micro Transit. This is an on-demand transport option that provides flexible scheduling using an app to request transit to the nearest bus transfer location: Green Bay Plaza.  Passengers coordinate transfers from micro transit to the fixed route bus. Reduced Bus Fares

NWTC students may be eligible for the Low Income Fare Trips (LIFT) program offered by Green Bay Metro. Reduced price bus passes are offered for individuals with incomes at or below 150% of the National Poverty Guidelines. Eligible riders are allowed up to four day passes per month and can use one pass per week. Applications can be submitted monthly on the Green Bay Metro transit website.
