Counseling Services

All students struggle with balancing personal and academic concerns; and most students feel overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed at some point in their college career.

  • We can help you identify and express your feelings, examine your personal beliefs and thinking patterns, and work toward making beneficial changes.
  • Services are free to all program students.
  • Licensed professional counselors are available on campus once per month or by appointment.

Disability Services

If you have a documented disability, Disability Services staff can help ensure you receive the right accommodations to succeed in college.

Student Emergency Fund can provide extra help when you are facing an unforeseen emergency.

Sturgeon Bay Facilities

Wellness Center

Free for all students to use, the on-campus wellness facility features:

  • Two treadmills
  • Elliptical machine
  • Stationary bike
  • Universal weight machine
  • And more!

To use the wellness facilities, please check in with the Welcome Center.

Assessment Center

Visit the Sturgeon Bay Center to complete your admissions assessment when applying to an NWTC program, to complete GED or HSED testing, or to take tests for your online or in-person classes.

Campus Library

The library is open during campus hours to students, staff, and local residents. It features seven study rooms, each with a computer, large monitor, and white boards. Search the library now.

Ways to Get Involved
