10-504-116 CIVIL PROCESS SERVICE...This course will provide students with an understanding of applicable laws related to civil process, authority granted under state statute, and the process required to "serve papers" that adheres to legal standards. Learners will be instructed in the basic fundamentals of "skip tracing" - locating individuals through open source information to find and serve legal documents for pending court action.
