75-861-930 ELL COLLEGE AND CAREER READING AND WRITING 1 …. focuses on teaching students basic reading and writing strategies to prepare them for college and career tasks. Students will read short stories, learn spelling rules, build vocabulary, and develop reading comprehension. Students will also practice writing sentences and constructing paragraphs.
