47-196-403 LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT ...participant in this leadership course will discuss what teamwork means as individuals and as a collective, will discuss the completed DiSC assessments and learn about personality and communication styles, discover which conflict resolution style they are most comfortable with and ways to work toward collaboration and negotiation, embrace accountability and focus on results as it relates to leadership.
