10-090-210 REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS OF THE FARM... Regulatory requirements for farm operations are examined from a federal, state, local, and non-governmental perspective. Emphasis is placed on protection of the environment with discussion of environmental issues, environmentally related concerns, and fulfilling the regulatory requirements farms currently face and will face in the future.
