Intermediate Algebra with Applications
10-804-118 INTERM ALGEBRA WITH APPLICATIONS ...This course offers algebra content with applications and an introduction to functions and complex numbers. Content builds upon the arithmetic of real numbers by using variable equations to solve problems. Topics include graphing and finding algebraic solutions for linear equations and inequalities, quadratic, exponential, polynomial, radical, and rational equations. Intermediate Coding

10-838-105 INTRO READING & STUDY SKILLS ...introduces, develops, and applies reading skills, academic vocabulary, and reading strategies to fluently interpret and comprehend what is read in preparation for the volume and rigor of contextualized college-level reading tasks.Note: This course is for Technical Diplomas that do not contain English Composition in their course list. If English Composition is included in the program coursework, follow the College Reading and Writing pathway. Intro to Auto Refinishing
10-405-118 INTRO TO AUTO REFINISHING ...this course introduces the learner to automotive refinishing. Topics discussed include automotive paints, personal and shop safety, environmental regulations, refinishing equipment operation and maintenance, spray gun set-up and transfer efficiencies, and vehicle detailing. Competencies of this course will be delivered using NWTC props.
